World cup early start benefits!

So i got up at 3 am for the rugby this morning and thought hey skies are clear i'll open the bay window and poke the scope out... Got my first look at orion nebula and the stars in orion, mars in the beehive cluster, m41 m44 and several shooting stars, pretty much the best use of little opportunity i've had to use scope yet...and Wales thump fiji! What a morning!
