You can fit 2" EP's into the skymax 127 (either direct or removing the 1.25" adaptor in the diagonal). But so far I've only been using 1.25" EP's inconjunction with both 1.25" & 2" filters and accessories.

Question is, would using a 2" EP increase the limit on FoV as the barrel is that little bit wider?

If so, recommendations for a low power wide field EP?

(I use 32mm, 20mm and 10mm just now)

Hi gcraib, a 32mm 2" should increase your field of view, but I have no experience of them with an SCT, don't forget the focal length is long on this type of telescope, but there should be some benefit, as for recommendations, I would recommend the SW PanaView, a long and trusted ep, superb sharpness right across the field, ask the supplier about its use with your type of scope.
