Skywatcher v Celestron

Because my Celestron CG5 mount has failed I am looking to replace it. Although I currently only have a 6" Newtonian, I would like to move up to a bigger scope in due course. I therefore think that I should look at getting a better mount. How do the Celestron CGEM Goto and the Skywatcher NEQ6 Pro Synscan compare. There is a price difference of £220 at FLO, the Celstron being more expensive.

I am looking at some imaging, eventually with guiding.

Any comments or opinions most welcome.

Isn't Celestron higher quality than the Skywatcher brand? Yes I know they are both Synta but they put better quality control and parts onto the Celestrons than Skywatcher.
