great weather !!!

well it might just be worth waiting for .... a great night !!! after the worst summer on record , after the wettest summer in history (in scotland ) finally a good night , my wife is in hospital being induced for our first baby , partners get kicked out at ten if nothing is happening !!! , so i nipped home and stuck the scope out , done a quick align , all working fine , had a quick look round to m13 , alberio , the ring and the dumbell , but by this time i had noticed something strange was going on ......... it was warm !!! 11pm ,end of september ...and its warm and clear and i can see the milkyway quite prominently from my garden !!! have i got a temperature i thought , am i going mad , nope there is me outside at 11pm in jeans and t shirt and its very pleasent ! so i bagged a few pics of jupiter and called it a night , oh yes ... i did phone the wife back , and she doing fine , but sore and tired , cheers from paul in ayrshire
