Shot this from Cape Tribulation, Queensland, Australia.

Can not believe the skies here, even from the hostel the Milky Way shone through. I am travelling for six months, and doing it back pack style, so couldn't really drag the telescope with me, but had to take this photo, it was done from a tripod with water crashing around the legs of it as the tide was only just starting to pull out.

Ahh thanks, I am on a boat island hoping over the next few days, hopefully I can get a clear night from one of the islands and get some fisheye shots of the cosmos.
