Hi

i just found the comet at last lol totally brill. having a good night , nice clears skies a few shooting stars and what too see next. any tips on what would be nice to see. seen the ring neb. another amazing object. also the cluster in hercules was brilliant and of course andromeda.

hi kelly.....pleiades is a nice one to view it comes up in the NE and is stunning,jupiter is up in the east too and worth a look.

Hello, Kelly. Okay a few software packages that i use that are great for picking your next targets. They are extremely helpful and offer a host of information that would take a lifetime to explore in a single post!

Hey congrats on the comet find, bet it was worth the wait !

I seem to find myself recommending this a lot, mainly because I found it so helpful to begin with, and in fact still do... but if you can get hold of a copy of the book Turn Left at Orion, that will give you a whole book load of targets to go for.. not sure what size scope you have, but everything in it can be found in even small scopes. I find it really helps me plan my viewing and see some really interesting things at the same time.. plenty to keep you busy for sure !
