Truss Tube Dobs

Anyone thinking or have already made a nice truss tube dob 14" or bigger?

I found a nice drawing on the web, looks like a simple plan

Having a nice 4x4 with roof rack am thinking either Truss Tube and roof box for family clobber or solid tube and make a nice case for the Dob tube to fit in, the problem with the second option is getting the OTA off the roof when at the caravan site.. my wife is petite 5' so cant expect help here

I really want to get the thing up to the lakes when ever possible..

there are the "wheelchair" roofboxs that are designed to hold wheelchairs, u push a button, it opens and automatically drops the chair on a platform next to the car... althrough id imagine they do cost a bit!
