Hi there Acidmanic, That's a couple of fair sized scopes you're looking at... I wish my apartment was as big as yours! I was faced with a similar decision to you recently and decided that I wanted both to use the scope indoors occasionally (both astro and terrestrial) and also be able to move it outside for more serious viewing. I ended up with a Schmidt Cassegrain (Celestron C6 SGT XLT). I could also have chosen a Maksutov, I guess, both both the options you're looking at would have been too big, awkward and heavy for me to heave up and down 3 flights of stairs.

Remember this one thing when you're laying down the cash... the best telescope for you is the one that gets used all the time.
