it looks reasonably detailed considering the poor conditions. Can you tell me what time you took the image so that i can compare the detail against the one I took on the 17th August at 4:30 BST.

Still low in the sky @ precisely 1:51 (that's my excuse )

Thanks for the info. my image was taken at 5:13 BST. I was just interested in where the two dark areas in your image appear after a time lag.
