tonights session?

Hey everybody, looks like another clear night tonight any advice on some targets to view? A couple of nights ago I saw M31 for the first time after solving my LP problem I'd like to view jupiter but am I right in thinking I have to wait up til stupid o'clock to see it? I have work in the morning so about 1am is my limit I'd like to get a few more dso if at all possible thanks in advance john.

I have a 6" dob if that helps

You may be able to see Jupiter around Midnight-ish. Rises just after 11:30 pm at my location.

Was working late the other night and finished at 4 o'clock. Walking out of work and looked up and saw big J!

Rushed home and dragged my scope out for an hour - well worth it:)

M13 in Hercules has me glued to my scope, just can't get enough of it. and it's almost directly overhead atm.

I may have to give this a go am I right in thinking that its a globular? Any info on what I will look like through my scope just so I know when I find it

Thanks astro imp unfourtunately I don't have access to a computer so I've been using my planisphere which I find really helpful
