What did I see?

Observing last night from my garden at around 1.45am and saw a white dot with naked eye fly across the sky from southwest to north, it was very high in the sky and was so quick (took no more than 10 seconds to pass over to out of view). The dot wasn't flashing I don't think it was a plane, any ideas?

Did you check on heavensabove website to see whether it was a satellite? Sounds like one.

Could have been the international space station. That goes over quite quick and can be quite bright.

Its wasnt ISS that went over round 3:45am and i dont know if it was visable. Sounds like it was a satellite though.

You should download a program called Stellarium and then set the time to when you saw it and turn on satellites. should show you what went over.
