i need a 6.5 volt ciggarette adapter making to run from a power tank if possible i will cover the cost of the materials and labour involved. it so i can run my camera of the power tank rather than battery power.

When you include the cost of the parts, connectors, enclosure and P&P, that's probably about what it would cost someone to build you a small switch-mode power supply.

Doesn't have 7 according to the text, but 6 - as you need:

• DC 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6, 9 and 12V voltage settings

went to maplins today and took my camera and power tank they tried the adapter instore but sadly didnt work so i had to by 4 crv3 batteries they should do the trick for now untill i upgrade to ccd
