Do you use a desiccant in your equipment cases?

I have put some sachets that came out of new IT equipment packaging into my eyepiece cases, don't know what difference it really makes when the case is shut, I usually open the case as soon as I get indoors anyway to let the temperatures equalize and moisture evaporate.

Regardless, I have plenty of sachets if there's any interest! They are about two inches long by one inch wide.

Condensation tends to build up on the optics and metalwork when I take my scope in at the end of the night.

i have 4 packets in the case and one in my lp filter as it goes in its own little case winter time i think is the worset my astro stuff was dripping wet
