DFK v DBK

What is the fundamental difference between these to types of IS camera?

I believe there isn't a AU618 of the DBK yet?

I believe the AU618 is the newer chip?

I had assume there was the DMK (aka mono) and the DFK (colour) but I see mention of DBK which isn't on FLO's site which is probably why I never heard of it.

ICX618 can be color or mono. TIS makes two cams with color sensor - with built in UV/IR cut (DFK) and without it (DBK). So for the unblocked DBK you need extra IR/UV cut filter, but also you still can use IR passing filters (although not as good as with mono cameras).
