Slightly blue flats

I have now built a light box for taking flats with my QHY8L OSC camera. It seems to be working well but the flats it produces have a blue tint to them.

This is a jpeg version of a stack of test flats:

Is this blue tint a problem or can I just ignore it?

It could prejudice the colour in your final image by making it a bit yellow. Try a mark 2 flat by de-saturating the first one and then flatten the same image two different ways and see.

Flats only use the luminance information in the image so any colour cast should be ignored.

I have used 'sky flats' that came out blue but they worked just fine.
