Just a quicky about filters.....

Got a early finish from

Work come home to find the posty had been with my moon filter so thought i would have a mess about with it but got a bit puzzled....so Just a quick en......Where does a filter go in regards to the ep? Its a moon filter, The Only place i can seem to think n get it to fit is if i unscrew the chrome part off the ep and then thred the filter on to the ep in its place...... but then the chrome bit wont go back on after the filters on......is this correct or am i just thick n missing somethin simple?

at the bottom of the ep there should be a thred it goes in there

The chrome barrel of the eyepiece should have a thread on the inside in which to screw the filter.
