Saturn Webcam Settings?

Hello SGL,

Last night I attempted to capture Saturn using a webcam. I had trouble getting the settings just right (hue, contrast, color, etc) Could anyone post a link or give advice on what settings I should use. I thought I saw a thread on this before, I will keep searching for it. Thanks again.

Johnny, I used..

[Philips SPC 900NC PC Camera]

Resolution=640x480

Frame Rate (fps)=10.00

Colour Space / Compression=YUY2

Exposure=-6

Brightness=64

Contrast=31

Saturation=0

Gamma=0

ColorEnable=255

BacklightCompensation=0

Gain=45

in SharpCap and got the following with my scope and the 2x barlow...

It's better to underexpose than overexpose, too bright and you'll never fix it... try taking lots of 1000 frame vids @ 10 fps or less and play with the exposure/brightness settings one notch at a time until you find ones you are happy with in registax.
