Secondary mirror dew heater controller

Hi,

I am thinkign of adding a secondary mirror dew heater made from couple of resistors, and I wanted to make a controller so I could adjust output power. Same kind of controller I wanted to use for primary fan speed control.

I strongly believe some of you guys already gone thrue it and help me out on ideas for this controllers.

My initial idea was to use this: Zalman Fan Mate 2 Speed Controller : Cooling Accessories : Maplin

But will it work for both, heater and fan?

Or I can use this one for fan control and use simple pot for heater? Or use two simple pots for both devices?

there's also a plan for secondaries and telrads.

ahhh, sorry, I misread your post. I should think the fan controller would work as long as the amps are within limits. at £7.99 it's worth a punt and you can always use it for a fan if not successful. a lot cheaper than a dew controller!
