Sensor dust - where does it come from?

I use a refractor scope - so sealed at the end, the CCD is screwed to the filter wheel, which is screwed to the reducer, which is screwed to the focus tube! The CCD hasn't been off the scope for a while and I park in a horizontal position - so why is there a huge set of dust bunnies on my last set of images?????? Where the heck does it all come from?

If you play with the focuser it will act like a bellows drawing in alll sorts of stuff.
