Solar Filter/Embroidery rings

Might kill two birds with one stone here, just for interest this is my Solar Filter Using the 'Inner 'rings of 9" Embroidery rings, they are a great fit for the Skywatcher 8" 'scope.As you can see I have used the 'Outer' rings on the tube,I needed to replace the bolts,(The choice of rings was either too big ,or too small!)I know Greg said He is using 10" rings but ,I felt they would require too much 'Packing'(Or a fair bit of Modding) .These rings are plastic, and have the trade name"Jyoti" They cost £1.55 each, well there you are,if its of help to anyone your welcome
