Martin is on his Hols

Martin normally manages FLO's Helpdesk but he has just left for a two-week holiday in sunny Spain, returning Monday 20th.

James and I will be doing our best to fill his shoes but apologies in advance if you don't receive a same-day response, indeed most responses will probably be typed from home via my laptop during the midnight hours.
