Since the original image host has expired/gone, I've rescued the smaller version via Google's image cache:

Slight change of plan, I will use 5mm threaded rod Araldited into the cell's threaded holes

Collimation will then be adjusted by turning three wing nuts pulling the mirror cell against

the three springs.

Note as easy to read as the original, but it still explains the idea nicely

I've taken my 130p apart to mod it. But I can't seem to remove the screws in the bottom of my primary mirror??!!
