WO FLT132 DDG Focuser problem

Got my new FLT132 out for first light tonight – everything set up perfectly ready for a great night’s observation when....YEEK! The DDG focuser tube won’t budge!! Well, it does move about ½ a centimeter but then nothing! Checked all the stainless steel thumb screws and even the black grub screws but to no avail. With a lovely clear night ahead...and the scope can’t be used! I nearly cried!!

What can I do about this? There seems that no amount adjustment on the available screws will release the focus draw tube.......

I did notice that if I tightened the large thumb screw under the focuser towards the ‘lock’ position that this made no difference either - the focus draw tube still manages to travel ½ cm.........

Rotten luck! WO seems to have a good returns policy judging by other threads and forums, so if its new back to the dealer asap.
