Even asked if cash on collection was OK ?, here was the answer (not possible due to the fact that i am in the divorce now and i don't want my wife to know i sell this

Can't pick up the scope but ebay have it and they will post it, oops just knocked over my pint of gullable ale.

I reported it 3 days ago, so looks like ebay really don't care as long as they get their fees. Now that they hide the bidder ID you can't even warn them. He was clever last time because he only put up 4 pics, so I mailed for some more and he sent them. This could make you think he'd just taken them at your request.

Still if you can't collect consider it a scam.
