CG5-GT plastic washers diameter ?

Hi all !

I got some Teflon sheet and am about to replace all the clear plastic washers inside my CG5-GT with that. There seem to be a smaller one around the teethed wheel of the DEC and RA axis (the one that the worm screw turns) that goes at the bottom of it I believe) that i seem to have lost on one of my previous tweaking of the mount. There are only two of those bigger washers on the DEC shaft, and 3 on the RA and it seems to me they have different sizes.

I'm NOT talking about the small ones at the bottom of the shaft, just around the locking nut...

Could anyone in the process of tweaking his CG5-GT mount tell me exactly (in mm if possible) the inside and outside diameter of these rings ?
