Where it is now. Inside has been clad in T&G 8mm from Wickes and a few bits left to do (floor, lights, power). But she works!

The pier is a 2nd hand astro engineering pier (thanks Giuseppe!) with a custom made plate for a neq6. Had to hand mix the concrete for the pier foundation inside the shed (one hot hour!) and placed four M12 bolts in that to secure the pier to the foundation. Then a series of M12 bolts connects the plates to the pier and the mount to the plate. Rock solid.

Again I slightly amazed myself it all fitted first time - it's a snug fit too! You'll also notice the light on the front!

I went for the V groove wheels on 3mm galvanised angle steel as the rolling mechanism. The roof weighs approx 300kgs, but still rolls easily. The bottom plate is 3x3 frame and I chiseled out the section for the wheels to go in, drilled through enough space for an M10 bolt to support the wheel and there we are.

It works! I had a horrible feeling during the build that it wouldn't. I felt SO relieved to have got to this bit and to see it work. Required some fine adjustment to make it reliable, but it works.
