  1. are temperatures measured on Mars?  sun activity on the ISS?  you don't read much about this but I often wonder if our warming parallels locations outside the Earth.  If that is the case, it is of course not the intention that it will be published!😉

  2. The kepler 4?? should have them.  I would try stacking 2 6000000000x barlows when looking for it.   I dont think other planets in our solar system have them.  Although im not sure about uranus or neptune.

  3. Lol. I remember the first time i plugged in the power cable of my goto mount. Carefully turned the switch to ON. Staring at those dangerous arrow buttons om the hand controller.  The first presses were just hard enough to really not making contact at all.   Turn everything off to quadruple check what im doing.    And those sessions last for some days to finally be able to press that arrow button hard enough to make contact and hear the motors making noise.

To realize 2 months later that i really need to upgrade to a bigger mount, scope, camera, asiair etc because all feels like toys and i want more and bigger and faster.  You all know how it feels😅

I like Ed Ting, even though i am maybe 95% imaging and he is the opposite. His presentation style is very easy to enjoy even though i am not even remotely interested in buying some 16'' dob that he is reviewing.

Its like watching a show from the 90’s. His voice and outfit i guess.  But very nice to hear his opinion.

And yes we miss Cuiv the lazy(adhd) Geek.

+1 for Anton Petrov, always short educational clips.

AstroBackyard has become a sort of TellSell.

AstroBiscuit is very fun to watch

Chuck, the not so technical sunAddict.  We recently witnessed some domestic arguments while he didnt realize his liveStream was active😅

Couldn't find anything clear in my quick google search, what are composite mirrors?

Something like this company is working on.  Basically instead of 2 inch thick glass, they use a fraction of that glass and reinforce it with a second material, probably some fibre like carbon or similar.

it makes the most expensive and heavy telescope part expensive and lightweight.   Lets hope that expensive part will change to affordable
