Excellent work. Superman really is unusual.

Looks good so far Vin, need to figure out Ekos Mosaic as well sometime or get a smaller scope. 😊

Well done Spongey and all, excellent renditions.
I particularly like Whistlin Bobs' Lovecraftian "Mountains of Madness" theme.

Nice bit of kit, reminds me of the robot from Interstellar.

That actually stands out a lot better.

Very nicely done, love the peachy copper tones and the pale blue just showing in the centre.

Nicely done, shame the FOV cuts it down. Have you thought of trying a mosaic ?

You can always repeat the process see how it goes.

UK and Brexit, may as well get it now then.

Much better, maybe bring the colour saturation down a bit.
Pi wont have VAT in the new year I believe. If you can wait 4 months.

Check it's the later model and has all the bits.

Interesting image but to me it's art rather than astrophotography.

Nebulosity looks a lot smoother to me. As for the stars, maybe create a star mask first so that they don't get touched.

More darks will definitely help. Light pollution can be filtered depending on the source but the moon is a pig for killing anything but H-alpha narrowband.

The cheapest route to go from house to set up would be difficult to judge. Cable/wifi reliability depend a lot on distance except possibly if you use ethernet cabling.
Depending on what you have to plug in to USB ports you will need either a powered hub to computer (as long as it's not too far) or to a Raspberry Pi4 running Astroberry which you can connect direct with ethernet cable to your computer (or home network) probably up to 100m away.
Best to mount hub/ Raspberry to the dovetail or somewhere that moves with the mount. It will reduce cable drag which means better guiding. You might even want to get shorter cables to tidy things up a bit.

Excellent image, just love the detail.

That's come out really well. This area is thick with nebulosity and can be tricky. Star reduction is a big benefit to this and similar targets, it'll bring forward the nebulosity.
