The stock focuser on the 150p is good but i ended up replacing it with the dual speed crayford because i image and found it difficult to fine focus with the stock... But for just visual its good

Mount is on tripod, aligned through polar scope.. I rotated the ra till the 0 was at the top and aligned and did exactly the same after imaging
-
I started at half 12 last night and finished about 3am

I am thinking of doing 2 nights on same target tonight and hopfully tomorrow but never tried it.... What do i need to do... Do i just leave my camera on the scope and continue tomorrow night... Does taking it down and then setting back up affect anything

Here are my two babies- the mighty 130pds (and @Anthony1979- properly collimated and fitted with a coma corrector it's a giant killer of a scope). Then there's my 200p- bought from another member on this site and all about function not form. I have sorted the cabling out a bit since this was taken. 😬 Both shown with an image they've given me.
What coma corrector do you use... Plus i use a dlsr for my images if i ever get out to use it

Anthony, I'm looking forward to seeing the imagery you're going to produce with this. No pressure! 😉
Do you think this is ok for imaging

I guess squinting through the view finder it is 😂
It will frustrate you

Got to agree with the liveview... I used a nikon D40 when i starting and it was a nightmare getting focus... By the time you did get focus or if you did the night was over..... Very frustrating

Nah just got me thinking have i gone wrong somewhere with my setup.... Its took me nearly a year to get this far.... Wasnt being sarcastic lol
-
So ive got a rubbish setup
-
My setup feels really sterdy on that EQ-5... Actually feels solid
-
I will do... I did have the 150p riding on this mount
