La Palma west coast was nice n dark when i did it c18 years ago. what its like now u dont know. it was so dark just off from my hotel that i nearly walked over the cliff edge!

according to bbc weather. fri AM is rain showers n clear down hertfordshire. i may arrange to be that way thursday night for work.

forecast at home scarbro not great. Todmorden however looks passable with showers according to bbc weather.

what i really liked was the views on jupiter were really colourful. even witha big exit pupil, the magnification was sufficent that detail was easy.
