Slight bump on this , but just to say john has made me some excellent adaptors for my celestron rowe ( promise a review soon )

Ordered a small spare part for my cats eye collimation device , this was sent quickly by post FOC

The part was not a high cost item , but would happily have paid for it

A bad colum would be one that is dead i.e fully saturated all the time , is this the case ?

I have several smaller ones on my chip that have never caused me any problems and as said a good bias sorts out most problems , I use a master made out of 100 subs

Also never used a dark with this camera

I just thought I would report on the amazing support I got from SX last weekend

On thursday night I broke the cable connector on the back of my Loadstar and After contacting them I sent it off for repair on friday and recieved it back fully working on Tuesday , Now thats what I call service
