  1. Very disapointed. My Nikon D3100 overexposures in all modes in daylight condition except for manual setting mode. Seems to have metering issues, not sure if it's the camera or the standard lens. Practically all white photos.

      Has it been modified? If so then sounds like it cannot/may not handle the spectrum change. If standard then check the Exposure Compensation setting, it may be at something stupid like +5. Also check that all manual options are ignored when in A or P mode. Also check that ISO is sensible (200). ISO tends to cross manual and automatic, if at 1600/3200 then could never expose correct.
