  2. Hi Got a question to ask, I bought a solar filter for my telescope to observe the eclipse and now I'm thinking I could get some more use out of it, I'm thinking about trying to catch mercury transit across the sun. Anybody know when this event will happen next and visible from the uk. Many thanks Danny Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  4. Hi all, What a fantastic morning sight we enjoyed in the midlands very clear skies and got to enjoy it all, though half way through I did have to take my lad to nursery who was also enjoying this amazing sight, this was my first time looking at the sun through my skywatcher 150p, I really enjoyed the whole event and just as the moon made it's way across the sun it revealed a sun spot so another first for me, I will now be looking at the sun more often, please take a look through the photos which I took with my iphone held up to the eyepiece. Clear skies Danny Sent from my iPhone using Tapat
