Lee your work from Bortle 8 is amazing, I just wish I could find time to put 40 hours into an image, your efforts really pay off !

This - https://vaonis.com/hyperia/en/ although it will definitely split opinion on here, I like the design, the way it's fully integrated, and the fact it can be installed outside with no observatory.
Plus it just looks smart in this shot
Wow, I'd dismissed these Vaonis things as toys !
This one looks amazing, £45 k though Mmmmmmm

don't give up, I used it again on Friday night and it worked a treat.
I dropped the corrections down to 400ms and decreased the time between corrections to 1 second.

Managed a few good runs where Firecapture autoguiding worked well, allowing a smaller ROI.
This allowed me to capture at 150 FPS.
Still no prizes for this one but it's a bit smoother than previous attempts.
I really feel I'm limited by my surroundings, hot roofs all around me 😔
Best 30% of approx 30000 frames.
Thanks for looking.

That's a lovely capture !
I was out last night shooting Saturn but had to stop at 12, I did see Jupiter rising and was so tempted 🤣

That's me, yes, Han is the author but Yaz wrote a wrapper to use on Android.

Airdroid allows you to see a folder on your tablet (you choose where) you can download to PC wirelessly.

Wouldn't worry too much as It won't download the files anyway and i'm having no luck contacting the author so far.

Yep, mine works when it feels like it 🙂

Also, this might work ...
Astrometry.net app will solve an image taken off an image on my PC screen by taking a photo of it ...
Maybe try taking a pic of your camera monitor screen ?

When I installed astap I had to manually download the database and unpack it manually into the right folder.
On Android device ?

Astap loads but won't download database, I've asked on the astap forum for help.

Now trying to get ASTAP app working ...

OK, so for fun I connected my Nikon to my Android phone with CCC pro - used a USB OTG to connect them.
Set auto download on CCC settings, then gave the Astronomy.net app a try ...
Had to grab an API key from web site, but hey presto !
I'll add screenshots soon.

It's an ioptron mount, just make sure you have the ascom driver for sky watcher installed and give it a try.
-
What about an app that pulls the images direct to Android folder.
I used to use helicon remote (I think) and now Camera connect and control before I went to a cooled CMOS.
Worth a dabble ?

Good question ! I've managed to get my gear to work occasionally, but not reliably. I entered ascom compliant mount in settings hardware telescope - then autoguiding I entered 900 ms for RA and Dec.
Then pressed calibrate to test.
I think it can vary depending on orientation of camera.
Stick with it as it really helps especially with a tiny sensor.

Lovely captures.
