Your right, but i showed the wife the brick pier and all she said was " When you building one" so being a nice looking pier does go a long way toward harmony.....

I find the little rubber ring that fits over the thread makes a good guide as to how close my eye needs to be....

This thread has just had a injection to revive it, thats a awesome bit of kit, as its a couple of years since the last post, has it been completed and does it work as you would like, some more piccies would be good..

The 25mm is like a wide angle camera lens, as the size goes down the magnification goes up, but there are limits how clear the air (seeing) is and how high in the sky, the higher the less smoggy air to look through, then there's the quality of the optics push them to far and it all gets a bit blurry..somebody will post the figures for your type of Scope....

These work very well, adjustable brightness.
