Hi John, That's good, especially for manual tracking & a web cam. Much better than my first attempt!

I hope you don't mind, I had a go at your image with PhotoShop CS4. The Blue layer was pretty bad so I duplicated the Green layer and substituted it for the Blue. I then did a bit of curves on the separate RGB channels and got this:
