No, not as we consider living on Earth.

No air, no oxygen - generally no atmosphere, insufficent gravity, no magnetic field, slight absence of water.

We could certainly live on Mars using similar tech to living in space but would probably have to go below the surface to avoid being fried by gamma radiation etc. There is lots of water locked into the Martian perma frost so it could be used to suppy oxygen and fuel.

I have allways wondered if we could have survived in Mars distance past when there was liquid water so presumably a reasonable amount of atmospheric pressure.
