solar-scope via window pane !

About this time of year when the sun rises due east my neighbour's first floor bedroom window projects multiple images of the sun onto his garage wall at about 100ft range.  Probably caused by the distortion in glazing during the hardening process to make the glass 'safe'.  OK it wouldn't satisfy solar observers but interesting to see 'natural' telescopes come in many forms

Tell him to get out there and clean his garage and paint it better as he is hurting the study of astronomy!!
