M51 single

I tried a T5i camera last night that me niece let me borrow, but I forgot to change the file format to RAW.  She had it set to S blocky, DUH.  I corrected this when I gave it back to her.  Anyway I tried a few 60 sec subs 1600iso on m51 to see what it do.  Here's what I got.  Not too shabby wish I could have had my guider, a better alignment and RAW, lol.

My trial in Pixinsight is up and do not have software to remove gradient and have had no luck using just photoshop.

Yea I downloaded gradient Xterminator for cs2 and this is what it gave me.  Thanks! cant wait to stack the 10 subs I got.

Another sub redone due to weather.

I reshot M51 last night with 36 minutes of data with 400 800 1600 and 3200 iso.  Shortest was 30 seconds longest was 3 minutes.  No darks 35 images stacked together.  Not too bad IMO.

Got Rid of the gradient a bit  and cropped to get rid of coma.  Its a bit dark, but I got a bit more out of the galaxy details.
