It's a scam, that's what's wrong with it. This ad appeared before, using a different hijacked ebay account.

The used price for AP130 is more than $7k. Astro-physics makes so few of them, there's a 8 years waiting list just to buy one. I even heard rumours there is a market for places on AP's waiting list and there was once a second waiting list for people to get on the main waiting list.
