Any better way than manually aligning a twitchy moon?

I use Castrator for cropping/fixing planets so they can be aligned easily in registax. Is there a equivalent program for the moon as my tracking delevoped a twitch the other night which throws auto align off in registax and the thought of manually aligning 3000 frames does not appeal too much. :)
