Cleaning up AVI's

Having created my first mosaic using multiple AVI's post-24560-133877560008_thumb.jpg

What i'd like to do is do through the original AVI's and remove unwanted frames before stitching I have registax but i dont want to stack the frames just get rid of the 'dufff' ones. Is this something AVIstack can handle?
