IR/UV For the Fusion?

Hi guys. I have been getting some decent results on Saturn with my atik 2-hs and I'm about to root out my old fusion webcam again to get some colour into Saturn. I just have a couple of questions as I've got a spare £40 in my pocket and was looking at a couple of accessories.

Question the first ... The fusion comes with an IR filter of its own but I'm guessing it won't be the best quality, would a baader IR/UV filter offer a noticeable improvement over the standard webcam IR filter?

Second question, would the black & white atik benefit from an IR/UV filter or is that really just for colour images? (silly question maybe but I wanted to ask it anyway).

If not an IR/UV filter are there any other filters that would improve sharpness for the atik, i read one article that said a blue visual filter produces good results, any suggestions?
