So I got to see m13 again finally and used my 8mm EP and was actually able to see stars, not very distinct but I could tell that's what they were. That and it looks like I have a clear night to test out my new filter with . Must be doing things right finally.

There are some really nice Globular Cluster this time of the year, M3 is slightly smaller than M13, also there is M92, its smaller but quit compact at its centre.
