Just my webcam Philips SPC880NC and a 1.25 inch adaptor. The adaptor is screw fit but the lens on the web cam isn't what do I do

your going to have to find a dis-assembly of a spc900 (google it) I think you need to take the silver cover off from around the lens to unscrew the lens it self? OR does the silver cover not just unscrew like you focussing it? I took one apart about 4 years ago so can't remember the details.
