A very influential 6 minutes (Hubble deep field Images)

As a complete newb I found this video very enlightening indeed. In fact probably the most influencial 6 minutes in my (breif) astronomical career. I was looking for some sort of understanding of scales without it being explained in millions of billions etc etc that I just cannot visualise and felt a lot more satisfied after viewing.

I now think we will never meet intelligent life from eleswhere but do think that millions (sorry ) of other 'civilizations' must exist. As said in the video the idea that intelligent life doesnt exist elsewhere is nothing short of ludicrous.
