Help with my skywatcher mount

Hello everyone,my goto mount on my skywatcher 130p which I've only used twice.went uses it 2nite after 1 month sitting in idle plugged it in and it keeps saying no link to mount no matter what I do . It worked fine the first too times.but haven't had a good clear nite unit 2nite. Anyone got 1 of these mount many thanks scott

Can you please describe EXACTLY how it is all connected?

That message i displayed when the handset is not connected to the scope unit correctly.

It could just be that the connector needs locating a bit better.

Think they recommend switching off, try to get a better all round contact then sitch on and see if the problem goes.

Will say that there a LOT of problems being reported with the Skywatcher units on SGL these days. Makes you wonder what the QA is like at Synta.
