Dew heater mains power supply?

I'm looking for a 240 volt mains power supply to run four 12V dew heaters from. I've tried the 5 amp offering from Maplin for £22.99, but the cooling fan on it was so noisy I had to send it back.

Apart from the overpriced offerings from Telescope House, does anyone know where I can get a 5A or greater 12v power supply with a cigar lighter socket on it, preferably for less than £30?

Dont know what your DIY/electrical skills are but a cheap computer PSU

housed in a custom built box with car sockets fitted might be an idea.

its a litte over you budget but its the same as the ones telescope house sell for £49.99 but with a different name.
