Logitech quickcam

Hi, help please,

I have a modified logitech quickcam 4000 which I've tried to use with my Meade LX90 10" for astro photography. However, the magnification is way too much, and I need a way to "zoom" out. Hope that's clear, any ideas please?

A focal reducer can halve the magnification and increase the effective aperture for shorter exposures.

you can try to unscrew the lens from a Barlow, and use thr tube to give extra focus length

It is not the wider aperture that gives the wider FOV, it is the shorter focal length. Long focal length= telephoto, shorter focal length = wider angle (greater field of view)
