Webcam - Focal reducer?

Caught a few (hopefully useable) captures of the moon this evening - but obviously as the webcam is similar to a 6mm EP I only caught a very enlarged section of it - what do I need to reduce the magnification so that I can capture the "whole" of the moon in the frame?

A DSLR -if you spend your money on a FR to get the moon on the chip the result won't justify the expense in humble opinion- resolution just won't be good enough.

Why not try mosaicing together a whole rake of images to get a great moon image ??

Make a mosaic - you can then print or view at any size you want (within reason!)

Use Microsoft ICE to stitch the mosaic together. Free and automatic!
